[0.13.3] binding a key to 2 different actions

Hi all,

I have bound the key "w" to both "next weapon" and "drop item", and it no longer changes my active weapon. I play on Windows, but it does work for my friend who plays on Linux. Which doesn't surprise me.

I wish this post will be helpfull somehow =)
