As you can see, 2 steam engines should not output 20MW. But the 40 steam engines on the other side of a power switch should. This is a MP game with vanilla. 0.13.1
I can't find any where there are 2 steam engines sitting on the main grid. It said 40 and not 42 before installing power switch. The server is persistent, on public list, called MrGoodBits California Server or something like that, if you want to have a look. I've no other details I can provide at this time.
