[0.13.1] Multiplayer browser problem

I found 3 bugs:
1. In the the browse public games sometimes will crash saying: stol argument out off range (as seen on the attachement)
2. When refresh if this does not happen will do the same thing: stol argument out off range
3. When you go to the browse public games and everything above does not happen then you back off to the main menu and come back it will say again the same thing: stol argument out off range

EDIT: to fix it I deleted my appdata folder for factorio. I think something was corrupted
