[0.9.2] Can't research laser turrets in level 4

I'm in New hope campaign level 4 and I can't research laser turrets. The prerequisites (turrets and batteries) are already met right from the start. I tried researching sulfur processing since it's actually needed for batteries, but it didn't help.

Thanks for the report. There was laser missing in the technologies. This is now fixed for the 0.9.3.
