I can't build any steelchest
It's a loaded save from 0.12.33, 1 Rocket lunched, so i got all the tech necessary even got steel in my inventory.

You can use the console command: /c game.player.force.recipes["steel-chest"].enabled = true
To fix it in the mean time.
