Mod Portal lists wrong factorio version on 0.12 mod uploads

I just uploaded my mod to the new mod portal here: https://mods.factorio.com/mods/catalyst ... lliteRadar

If you check the info.json, you'll see that the factorio version is set as 0.12, yet the mod portal lists it automatically as 0.13.

Edit: I've uploaded an actual 0.13 compatible version now, but the bug still remains for the older version (0.3.0) of the mod which you can see in the downloads tab.

The modportal is intended for 0.13 mods only, I will make that a requirement.
