New Server Mechanics

Hi there,
with the upcomming patch I want to start a dedicated server on my linux root ( in a docker container).
I have a few questions:
1. I want him to be accsessible via steam but own only one copy. Can I run the server with the linux steam version and log in with my steam version althoug I got only 1 Account ?
2. Musst i start the server through the steam app to be visble/accsessible in steam ?
3. Did I miss the post where these questions are already answered ?

Log in here and link your steam account: https://www.factorio.com/settings, then you can download the DRM free server and install it whereever you want.

The new server list doesn't have anything to do with steam
