Quickbar filler

I've looked around and don't see something for this. (though with so many posts I could be missing it).

Often I find myself having a full stack of something on my quickbar and maybe 2 or 3 of that thing in my inventory. I'll use 2 or 3 out of my quickbar, but then I'd like it to move the extras I have in my inventory to refill my quickbar. Is there such a mod for this? Is this is even technically feasible? (mostly this is to keep the number of items in my inventory lower as to conserve space)
