so I bought the alpha of the game absolutely ages ago. I have forgotten my username and password and have no idea what to do. im stuck in alpha version 0.9.8(build 9400, win 32) what should i do?

Well, if you actually managed to forget,

1. password
2. username
3. email-adress

then you are out of luck as there is no way for you to prove you ever purchased the game.

i dont think i did forget my email, i think somehow my account got deleted, i tried to create this account im using now (HELP!) using one of my older emails, it said it was already registered but when i tried to get a password reset on the account with that adress it said it couldn't find the email address.

You need to handle that via e-mail, account support stuff can not be done in the forum, just tell them what you wrote here.
