[0.12.35] long error message causes arbitrarily tall dialog

at mod loading this produces an error dialog (complaining about the lack of a name) that quotes the whole prototype including the long string. the dialog can easily be taller than the screen. it should be truncated.

Thanks for the report,

The whole message is kind've needed, and only if you do something wrong it will appear, so i will put it in minor issues for now
