Hello,
Is it possible to insert 1 item into building without opening it's menu (maybe I just don't know, sorry if it is possible already)? For instance, it is possible to insert all items (Ctrl+LMB) and half amount of items (Ctrl+RMB), but no option for 1 item. Shift+LMB or Alt+LMB would be great for this action... It would be faster and easier to more accurately distribute items among factories/burners/ets.

Re: New keybord binding: insert one item
You can insert one item by right clicking on an inventory square with a stack in your hand. I don't think there's a method to do it with quick insert though.
Re: New keybord binding: insert one item
The idea around this problem is the following:
- Some key/mouse-combination brings it into "transfer mode" (for example: Press mouse button)
- Now scrolling with the mouse/mousewheel increases/decreases by one.
- Another key/mousemovement can change the scale (default 1, then 10, 100...)
- Leaving the transfer mode accepts transfer (release mouse button), pressing ESC/Q cancels.
I think this can be very fast.

Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.

This would help so much with placing a single module in a machine really quickly. Having to click 3 times then press a key to place potentially a single module in dozens of machines? Not fun.ssilk wrote:The idea around this problem is the following:

Re: New keybord binding: insert one item
It would be a good solution if I didn't have to set up the transfered items' number each time. It would be great if, for example, I set up transfering 3 items ONCE and I then only with ONE key-mouseclick combination each time I insert 3 items. If I need to chage this number I again go to "transfer mode"...ssilk wrote:The idea around this problem is the following:

Hm. Some kind of "Repeat last transaction"...
Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.
