[0.12.33][posila] Inconsistent icon quality on extra low gfx

With graphics quality set to extra low, some item icons have a quality inconsistent with the others. For example:

There are others too besides the modules:

The issue is not that those ones are low quality, it's that not all the icons are the same quality.

Adding to report: The set of low quality icons is different in our screenshots (e.g. the medium electric pole).
