Multiplayer upload speed

My friend and I are trying to continue playing our co-op map and this happens...
I don't know what is going on but just yesterday this all worked fine.

I hit F5 in case that gives you any helpful info, I'm talking of course about the progress bar in the middle at 2.8 kB/s
