[implemented] documented method wrong?

Post by judos »

This is not a modding request, but I ddin't know where to put it otherwise.

The documented method:
to_be_deconstructed() → boolean

Is actually implemented ingame as:
to_be_deconstructed(LuaForce or String) → boolean
in factorio 0.12.30 and 0.12.32

Can you please update this documentation? :)
thanks

It's even better – the force parameter is unused. The code says this parameter exists for forward compatibility only.

Anyway, it will be corrected in the 0.12.33 documentation.

And feel free to post these findings as bug reports in the future. :)

Thanks :)

You can move it to "implemented" group.

Why don't you use a ticketing system for all these requests, bugs? :)

Because ticketing systems suck :)
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
