[0.12.30] fast replace chest issue

Take the situation where you have a full inventory, and a full steel (or any large) chest.
fast-replace it with a wood chest (or any smaller than the full one, like iron), the contents that won't fit in the chest spill out on the floor.

Now, although this in itself is not a bug, it's an old game mechanic, I remember the devs made it so that you can't do the same while trying to mine a chest.

I think the same rules should apply for replacing a chest, Instead of spillage, you should get an error message, just like when trying to mine it.
