Hello!
I recently bought this game and made some farms for iron and copper. So far so good.
I want to fill the furnace with some inserters but the inserters only grab if the furnace has one or two items. Thats why I got a huge congestion at the furnaces..
how can i fix this?

Inserting more coal/ore doesn't make the furnace any faster, so it would just result in a generally unneeded buffer. As such inserters for furnaces, and most other items, only insert what is needed, and will insert more once the building has consumed some.
If you want to process items faster, you need more or better furnaces (steel or electric, or electric with speed modules). If you really want to have a buffer of ore to be processed for some reason, you could use chests with inserters to load/unload them, since inserters will always try to fill chests.
Generally each side of a belt is only used for a single item, such that having items stacked up on the belt is not a problem, e.g.:
