Connection very slow

Hi all,

we play with 4 friends on a dedicated server. However, one of us has a problem. Once he joins the game begins massively to lag(unplayable). The map download also takes over 10min (<20kb/sec)

We have now tried just everything. The problem can be limited to the Internet connection. When connecting via a mobile hotspot (via smartphone) everything works fine. Ports on the router (Fritzbox) are open, antivirus disabled, firewall completely disabled, router rebooted, even we tried on the notebook (same prob).
