It is not the "blueprint"-bug, I never used them so far.
Here are my (only) two savegames that won't open, they cause the game to crash on load with the error message "Internal error, unkown tile 0"

Hello, thank you for the report, after some investiagion, we found second independent bug in the autosave1.
It was fixed and the save is now loadable in 0.9.1
