[0.12.30] [Rseding91] RMB into assemblers only up to a fullstack

You can't add single items via right-click to the assembler that is making rocket silo (and possibly any other recipe with any ingredient exceeding it's stack size).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place assembler
2. Set the recipe to rocket silo
3. Add for ex. 300 Steel to the assembler (via shift-click or via inserter)
4. Try to add a single Steel bar via right-clicking, fail miserably.

I just tested it out and its as you describe,
You can add more using left-click to put additional stacks into the slot, but not right click to add single items:

Seems no matter the recipe you can only right click up to a fullstack of that item
