Show Pollution -> On/Off on all Maps

Pollution overqrites the underground and make it hard to identify what KIND OF recources are on the ground.

I wich to switch on/off the display of pollution on maps(great and small).

The extra info mode (Alt) also toggles pollution display. Not perfect, but it helps when you want to look at the map.
