Payment Issue

I payed for the game using the Braintree payment method. My account was debited but the site told me there was an error. Factorio are yet to get back to me and frankly this is not good enough. My $21 has just gone down the drain.

PLEASE FIX!

Hey! How did it all go for you? Have you managed to get the game or money back?
I've just run into the same issue with card payment and already written to them.
The thing is, it's friday evening, and seems I won't be able to play all weekends as I planned... Meh.
