Update Failed (changelog.txt)

So I accidentally deleted the changelog.txt when changing around mods and now the game can't update.
Redownloading the game will fix this issue but it's odd that the new changelog isn't just unpacked over the old one.

This is how the updater works, redownloading is a solution.
