Game crashes when fullscreen/resizing

I just bought the game, and it crashes after starting it if I make it fullscreen through the settings or if I resize the window. Here's the log:

Topics merged - same error.

You have software running that uses RivaTuner Statistics Server (for example: MSI Afterburner, EVGA PrecisionX or other HW monitoring software).
Older version of this software breaks DirectX 9 on Windows 10.
Disable it or update it to current version to fix the crashes (RivaTuner Statistics Server 6.4.0 and above).
