More than one server

First up apologies if this is covered elsewhere, I have searched but couldn't come up with anything relevant.

I am running factorio headless on win10 on an i3,8gb,ssd chucked in the spare room for me and a few mates and it's all nice and happy on port 34197

My question is, can I run a second server on the same machine? I have had a go but as the config is in the appdata folder they both go for 34197.

You can specify a different config file to use with --config. Apart from the port you should also change the write-data directory so the two instances don't overwrite each other's files.
