An alternative to Bergius Process. This only adds two new recipes and no new stuff.

You need 1 piece of coal, 5 pieces of raw wood, 1 liter of lubricant & 10 liters of water to create 5 liter of crude oil.
I´ve also added a recipe to create (char)coal from 5 pieces of raw wood & 1 litre of water (water added to prevent handcrafting).
(Yes, I know that this is a unrealistic way of creating oil. The final product IRL would probably be a book(water+wood=paper, wood+coal=pencil))

Can you make it so you pump water into a chemical plant, and insert coal? doing this makes a 1:1 coal to oil conversion? or assemblers?

The Bergius process mod does a similar thing converting coal to petrochemicals.
