Trying to edit a map from my save

I unzipped a save into my maps folder and wanted to edit the map.

However in the editor it seems that the map is opened in a location very different to my starting point in the game.

I could not find my base and there is no option to unzoom really far, the key 'm' does not work in the editor.

How can I find my base in the editor ?
