On the the same network i got another pc and there it works with no problem ,It's just a drug for me this game so can somone help me please

Can't launch Demo 0.2.7 in Win32 zip and launcher version
I downloaded the demo and it didn't start ,the error message is :
"Failed to load window icon!"
