inserters too slow (even the fast one)

I am really tired of seeing desired items pass by even the fast inserters as they make lame attempts to grab them. why are even fast inserters not able to catch items on a normal belt much of the time no matter which side of the belt the item is on. they make an attempt and then the items passes as the inserter fails to grab it and the factory goes without.

Hover over the inserter. Is the power bar red or yellow? Build more power.

its yellow, and when it moves drops to red.

didn't know it was low power. i assumed power was there or it wasn't. thank you will do that.
