Players Connecting To My Hosted Servers Bug

I have a really annoying issue and I hope someone else may be familiar with it or be able to help. My friends can't connect to my server unless I have already connected to a game hosted by them at least once. This is the case for multiple people I play with and it occurs every time I start up the game and try to host a map.

To put the steps we have to take to get someone connected to me in list format;

• - I host a game
  - Other person can't connect
  - Other person hosts a game
  - I join that game without any issues
  - Other person can now join my game without issue

Firewalls are completely disabled, ports are forwarded in the router and the versions of the game are the exact same.

Please help because this makes absolutely no sense and it makes getting new players connected or hosting a map in headless mode from my server impossible.

This looks like you are behind a nat or something. Did you try using ipv6 adress?
