Steam, Duplicate Product Code

So I bought the game a couple of weeks ago. Been playing it and now decided I want to add it to Steam for easier access and multiplayer.
But it says I got a duplicate product code? This was the first time I requested the Steam key and it is not added to my library.

Any ideas?
