Problem with the map.

Problem with the map.

Hey.


So after the steam release it installed Factorio again with some mods (RSO, Train stuff etc). Since i dislike the biters i also installed peace mod. Now my problem was that i could not find any alien ore that should spawn with peace mod so i created a backup save and and entered this: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4761&p=44184#p44184 in the console.
Unfortunately it did not work but i later found out that the alien ore doesn't show up on the map.


Now my problem is that the minimap or "normal map" (Pressing M) doesn't update anymore and also neither my player nor the radar removes the fog of war. In these https://imgur.com/a/EBjlD pictures you can see that my train tracks are not showing up on the minimap or the normal map.

Anybody knows what i did wrong?
