Every time i try to make a new game,or load one in, it has thees black and purple places everywhere. And also some stuff when i place it down,it doesn't show up but it's there.

You are using the older 0.11.22, please update to the current stable 0.12.20. Some problems with AMD cards have been fixed since then.
If the automatic updater doesn't work, download it from https://www.factorio.com/download/stable.
