Colonist and worker

It would be nice to do in the future, the real prison personnel, who would be engaged in business identity, for example drove collect resources, train drove, drove resources.

Хорошо бы сделать в будущем реальные колонии с персоналом, который бы тож занимались делом, к примеру ездили добывать ресурсы, водили поезда, возили ресурсы.

Pffff... not much better. I understand now:
Colonists should work instead of the player.
An AI controls them?

I thought about it too for example when you launch you first satelit It betrays your location in the solar system, and after some time from that moment merchant ship arrives with whom you can trade and buy blueprints with buildings for settlers.
After the construction of the first building you can accept Colonist but you must also meet safety requirements in a rating from 1 to 10 to encourage them to colonization.
As for the colonists game should be a little bit inspire a"Space colony", personally i think the game should be controlled Colonist ai and their work should only give bonuses for handling machines, extraction of their raw materials instead of drills It is kind of silly because now everything is automated and would be a step backward.
To improve fun could be implemented Human factor such as theft, burglary, murder, smuggling, illegal immigrants wanted arrest warrant and statistics hunger,happiness,wealth like in "Sim city".
