So basically its an assembling machine that is red... Its faster than blue by 33% (Crafting speed 1 vs 0.75)
You may think it is a straight upgrade from blue, buts its not!
I wanted it to be more of a side-grade...
So it cannot craft anything with fluids
And it does not have any module slots!

Buts its red and looks cool

As always, any comments, suggestions, feedback etc. leave them somewhere for me to find

Maybe you should add 2 module slots, as that's what the assembly machibne 2 has. Otherwise a great mod!

No, the whole idea behind the concept is that this one doesn't have slots.

Also, I think I like the new colour better. The first was perhaps a bit too brightly fire engine. The newer colour looks more subdued, thus better in tune with Factorio's realistic colour palette. But I have yet to see either one in-game.

Given that the blue tier 2 machine costs somewhat disproportionately more energy than the tier 1 one, the new red tier 2.5 one should follow that same principle.

Tier 1 has crafting speed 0.5 and costs 90 kW to run. The tier 2 one has a crafting speed of 0.75, and so ought to cost 50% more, 135 kW, but instead it costs 150 kW to run.

The new red tier 2.5 one, in the mod, has a crafting speed 33% faster than the tier 2 blue one, and its power usage is proportional to this. 33% faster and uses 33% more power. But it actually should use 40% or 45% more power, thus 215 kW instead of 200.

Well if you think about it this way;

Assembling 1 = 90KW
Red is 2x as fast = 180kw
so 200kw is 20kw more, which is more than the +15kw of the blue one

Its not an upgrade for the blue machine, since you make it from 2 red ones, its like a crude, but fast upgrade, but less technologically advanced as the blue ones (which have module slots and stuff)
