[0.12.18] Server & all clients crash when crafting drill

[0.12.18] Server & all clients crash when crafting drill

The server and client are all version 0.12.18.
When crafting an electric mining drill, the server and all clients crash at the same time.

That's this bug. Updating to 0.12.19 will fix it.
