updating headless 0.12.17 to 012.18 "unexpected content"

Trying to update my test rig I get a error when trying to apply the 0.12.18 update

I'll just download the fresh headless 0.12.18 to sort out the issue of not having an up-to-date binary but figured it was odd and wondered if there was anyone else with the same issue?
