[.12.16] [kovarex] checkbox tips and tricks resets if press next

Its in the game forever(Also in .12.16) and its really minor but if you check the box "Dont show tips and tricks at the start of the game" and then press next it unchecks itself.

Its a minor annoyance and after closing it properly you never see it again.
