[0.12.6] Updating gives error message

I started the game, it asked if it could update to 0.12.6, clicked yes, new version was downloaded and at the point where the game would restart (I think) it gave the "unexpected something, please post log files". After clicking ok it auto-restarted by itself and then worked fine.

I tried updating again with a game in a different folder, and all was fine. This happened to me with 0.12.4 (as well.

So apart from the error window it all seems to work fine

I seem to have experienced roughly the same error. After the restart, the game is at 0.12.6, so everything went ok except for the error. I noticed slight differences in my stacktrace compared to jeroon's, so perhaps this will give some more pointers for bugsquashing.

Are you using Avast anti virus as well? In the 0.12.6 thread other people had something similar, where Avast might be the cause.
