Lights on the rockets silos

What?
Visual clues of the state ot the silo. Like red light if it's idle, yellow when working, green when ready, white when loading etc.
And/or its "automatic requests" status.
Or even a display of the current number of parts having been processed.

There are many visible indications of the Rocket Silo status, including blinking lights: rocket_silo_status lists all of them. The sprite sheets are located in data/base/graphics/entity/rocket-silo/, including red-light.png
