Planet logistics issue

Greetings,

I have created an upgraded base in Fulgora and the platform is not seeing the items in the planet anymore. Here is what I tried:
-Deleted all other logistic networks
-Sent the platform away and back
-Turned the requests in the platform on/off
-Moved the cargo landing pad to be in the new logistic network (it can see the platform contents correctly)

Yet the platform can't see the items in the new base. I am wondering if there is any place that hard sets a logistic network to be the planet network and it does not like to be changed?
I think I might be missing something obvious as last time... has anyone had experience moving their planetary logistics?
