[2.0.76][Switch2] Cannot assign stick directions in controls

[2.0.76][Switch2] Cannot assign stick directions in controls

By default, there are controls that use the direction of a stick + a button to perform an action. However, I am unable to set such controls myself.

What do I want to do?
-Assign 'ZR + Right stick down' to scroll the tooltip menu down.
-Assign 'ZR + Right stick up' to scroll the tooltip menu up.

When I perform 'ZR + Right stick up', the registered control is ONLY 'ZR'.

Am I missing something? Should I report this as a bug?
