[2.1.14] Outer space layers (asteroids, planets, stars) wrong order

Beyond the spaceship, from nearest to furthest one would assume the objects would be: mineable asteroids, distant decorative asteroids, planet, stars.

However upon closer inspection, the order is: mineable asteroids, stars, planets, distant asteroids.

- Stars can appear in front of the planet when you are arriving/departing
- Distant/decor asteroids are displayed as behind the planets

This is not a bug. Having those asteroids be in front of planets looks absolutely terrible and so we put them behind.

Fair enough but that still leaves stars displaying in front of planets.

Perhaps the parallax should be changed then? The illusion is ruined when panning shows them passing behind the planet. How does it look terrible?
