Control + F shortcut on Steamdeck 2.1.14

On my Steamdeck controls I set R4 to a command Ctrl with a subcommand F. When I then go to Interfaces and try to set "Focus search" to "Ctrl + F" by pushing R4 it only picks up "Left Control" as the shortcut.

If I change my steam controls to make R4 execute two commands Ctrl and F, then I can set the shortcut to be "Ctrl + F". However, pushing R4 will not work in game.

I then have to change my controls for R4 back to command Ctrl with subcommand F for the shortcut to work correctly.

This occurs on Factorio 2.1.14
