[2.1.14] Shift clicking in Technology selection sets what is selected not what is clicked on

When selecting a technology in the research condition, if you shift click on a technology (like you do in the research tab to fast queue a research) it will confirm a technology but it will confirm the one that is selected not the one you're clicking on. for example in the case below if I shift click on kovarex enrichment it will still set the belt immunity to the condition itself instead of the kovarex like it would in the research tab.
