Tesla ammo is really weird, in that its non-personal turret does not use the ammo. Also, it is substantially more expensive than any other handheld weapon ammo, taking holmium, which also means it has to be shipped rather than produced on nauvis/gleba.For consistencies sake, the personal railgun should use railgun rounds *and* suit power.
