[Klonan] [2.1.13] Express Delivery in-progress failed upon update

Hello,

I've been doing an "Express Delivery" achievement game, all "vanilla" settings, no mods (well... Space Age).

Factorio updated to 2.1.13 this morning, and when I launched the game, "Express Delivery" was immediately marked as a failure for the reason "Cannot be unlocked with easier enemy expansion settings" (where it was not failed upon recent save and exit from 2.1.12).

I've attached the factorio-current.log generated when opening with 2.1.13 installed.

Reverting to 2.1.12 did resolve the issue, so I'll continue playing on that version for the achievements

Probably convenient for the devs if you inlcude a copy of the 2.1.12 save as well.

Sure, apologies I didn't attach it because it's my in-progress save, not a small save. It's now attached
