Space platform requests "Controlled by circuit network" to specify origin or items

Now that in 2.1 where we can send items from platform to platform, it's important to figure out how decide automatically where you want to request items from. If I'm for instance making a cheap drone in space that relies on receiving carbon, ice and iron from other space platforms to function, and I only want it to request items when it needs them, I would do that with a circuit request rather than a constant request, but I don't want it do request those items from the ground. I want other space platforms to send those items. At this moment, platform to platform logistics feel clunky and somewhat frustrating to use because I don't feel like I have much control. I feel very limited. The only workaround I can see is for the space platform that has the materials to transmit a signal on what items it has, and for the drone to only request up to that amount, but that's a lot of work that feels like it should be a single checkmark
