[2.1.11] "not-in-bonus-gui" entity flag not honored

[2.1.11] "not-in-bonus-gui" entity flag not honored

The new "not-in-bonus-gui" entity flag does not prevent entities from appearing in the bonus GUI. (Edit: Factorio version 2.1.11)
