[2.1.11] Assembling machine 1 is no longer excluded from certain recipes

With old recipe categories like "electronics-or-assembling" used for the electromagnetic-plant recipe, assembling-machine-1 was excluded.
With new the categories like {"electromagnetics", "advanced-crafting"} this now includes assembling-machine-1.

tl;dr
assembling-machine-1 can now craft an electromagnetic-plant, whereas it couldn't in 2.0.
I'm sure there are other recipes affected that used to have category like "...-or-assembling".

If this was intentional it should maybe be mentioned in the changelogs but as far as I can tell it's not.

Thanks for the report. This is Not a bug. There were some tiny changes around assembling machine 1 due to recipe categories cleanup however they were all approved and as such this does not constitute a bug.
