Controls to quickly select quality comparisons / "any quality"

TL;DR

Controls/keybinds to quickly select the different options for quality, i.e. >, <, =, ≥, ≤, ≠, and "any quality" when configuring a upgrade/deconstruction planner.

What?

Perhaps controls to select the next/previous option to match the already existing "Increase/decrease quality" control, or individual controls to set it to any quality, =, ≠, and so on.

Why?

It is already possible to quickly select quality using the "Increase/decrease quality" controls, which by default is ALT + Mouse wheel up/down respectively, however it is not possible to set it to "any quality" without having to move your mouse cursor over, which is especially slow when selecting multiple entities of any quality in a deconstruction planner.
